We offer three room options: Standard at $800/month (or $400 every 2 weeks, or $200/week), Deluxe at $900/month (or $450 every 2 weeks, or $225/week), and Premium at $1,000/month (or $500 every 2 weeks, or $250/week) — all utilities included on every tier. There are no hidden fees; your rate covers electricity, gas, water, heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-room wall-mounted split AC unit.

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments are all available. Weekly: $200/$225/$250 per tier. Bi-weekly: $400/$450/$500 per tier (Standard/Deluxe/Premium). Monthly: $800/$900/$1,000 per tier. This is ideal if you're paid on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule or prefer smaller, more frequent payments. Select your preference when you apply.

Yes — all major utilities are included in your monthly or weekly rate: electricity, gas (for cooking and heating), hot and cold water, heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, and your in-room wall-mounted split AC unit. You will not receive any separate utility bills. Your rate covers everything.

Beyond your rent and the security deposit at move-in, there are no hidden utility fees or processing charges. Tenants handle their own trash. Air conditioning is already covered — every room comes with a wall-mounted split AC unit at no extra charge.

Yes — all rooms come fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and storage space. You only need to bring your personal belongings, clothes, and toiletries. Your room is ready to live in from day one.

Yes — all residents have full access to the shared kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, stove, and cooking areas. Gas for cooking is covered in your rent, so you can cook freely without worrying about extra costs.

The kitchen and bathroom get a professional cleaning every month, included in your rent. Tenants keep the space tidy between cleanings and handle their own trash.

Tenants handle their own trash — bag it, take it out, and put the bins out on collection days. Keeping common areas trash-free is part of your lease.

No — all rooms are strictly one person only, with no exceptions. Each room is rented to and occupied by a single individual. No guests, partners, or additional occupants may share the room. This policy applies to all room types at Tri Rise Properties.

Yes — a washer and dryer are available in the basement for all residents. Laundry is pay per use, so you only pay when you need it. No need to find an off-site laundromat.

Yes — every room comes with a wall-mounted split AC unit, professionally installed. You control the temperature in your own room, and there's no surcharge for cooling. Your monthly or weekly rate already includes it.

We offer flexible lease terms starting from 6 months. This makes our rooms ideal for students on a semester schedule, traveling nurses on 13-week or 6-month contracts, and professionals on temporary work assignments.

Absolutely — many of our residents stay for a year or more. If you love your room and Bridgeport, you're welcome to extend your stay. Contact us to discuss renewing your lease.
